So how do we use this data from the Novoglan Review to improve our services and products?
We have a goal of 100% of customers should beleive that we have met or exceeded their expectations. If a score falls below 95%, the CEO is notified and we immediately start work on identifying why we have had a reduction in our quality scores and then a plan to quickly improve the scores to ensure that our customer's experiences are overall positive.
