Different than the rest
I am very disappointed I didn't get the extra large phimosis complete care pack as the lubricant is excellent and I use the soap all over now as it helps with me psoriasis (what a bonus). Great concept and great products novoglan.

Worked straight away and my questions answered quicy

Took a day to get it working but...
The first time I used your product, it took me a few goes to work it out. Your instructions say to "insert balloon with rod and inflate..." and so on but I didn't know exactly what that means. I contact the support desk and they were very helpful. I have been using the device for 20 days and can fully retract my foreskin now. I am going to use it a little longer because I really want a looser foreskin and it works so well. I give 4 stars for the product (took 1 off for the initial time to get started) and 5 stars for the support and the results. This is a very good product and you support people are very caring and understanding.

Did what you said it would do
Novoglan kit and cream worked for me. I think you should just make the combined kit your normal offer as the cream really made a big difference. I used the cream for a few days and actually felt some benefits. I then used the balloon and within 10 days I was able to stretch my foreskin properly. I would be happy for you to refer anyone to me. This is a great product and great service.
