    This Novoglan product saved me from the snip. I can't believe how close I came to permanent removal of my foreskin. It took me a little over a week to get things working again and then another week to make it work like it used to. I can't say thank you enough and words can't describe the relief of not having to have surgery. The cream is great, having used it now for month, I can say that my results have been better than expected and i'm one happy chappy!!!

    Good, but needs a few tweaks in design

    It does what it says it does. You get a balloon that you insert into the gap and can inflate to stretch out the skin. It works fairly well, but the main problem I had with it is that once you've inflated the balloon, it's very difficult to get it to stay inflated using the clip device you get with the product. A more intuitive way to do this would help.
