I use this cream every day. have done for 6 months since I used the novoglan kit to fix my tight foreskin. I use it to keep it healthy and it works. No ifs or buts, it just seems to be perfect for me.

Novoglan Cream cured my chronic balanitis when nothing else seemed to work. Even better, I did not have to go into a pharmacy and explain my self - saved heaps on embarrassment and on the cost. I now use it once a week to keep things healthy and I have to say it is great value for money. I wish they made a 500ml version. Perhaps the product manager might think about that? This cream is good, and it does work. I had to use prednisolone steroid for quite some time and every time I stopped I felt very sick. The cream seems to work without any issues and I can stop prednisolone and I do not get terrible withdrawal symptoms. Really good stuff.

I use this cream every day. It treated my balanitis and then once that was cured I then used it to help me stretch my tight foreskin. I score it a three only because I want the company to supply a bigger size like 200ml. I will give it 5 then.

I used the device with the cream and the extra large balloon. I also used the personal lubricant and soap as required. My verdict - it took a little longer for me, around 21 days to get to fully retract my foreskin. More importantly, it has been two months and all I am now using is the soap once a week and the NOVOGLAN personal lubricant when I need it. Which is now more often that before I fixed my tight foreskin. Good one NOVOGLAN!

As part of the treatment, I found that is the best product to help not only hydrate the foreskin but to do the treatment in enabling effective and easy stretching by spreading the cream over the glans and the foreskin prior to inserting the balloon and pumping air. In addition to its purpose it help me getting rid of a big problem I had with foreskin rosacea. So if there were 10 stars to give to the product I'd put myself a 10 *.

Just to let you know that your were totally right your cream would help with rosacea. I didn't get any crisis since I am using your cream. I wanted to let you know as well that your novoglan system is wonderfull. Not only I did solve my problem with phimosis but working very well on paraphimosis. It did also help to stretch the fraenulum and I'm still working at it.

Finally a real product for our condition...along with the soap I now have a good routine to keep things working. Like the soap to but these things would be perfect in like a 100ml or 200ml+ - can you guys please make it in a bigger tube?
