Phimosis Treatment Cream

So why do you need a phimosis treatment cream? The answer is simple. If you look at how skin stretches you can easily understand that anything you add to your foreskin that can genuinely remove or significantly reduce inflammation will assist with skin stretching. In the picture below you can see the way skin is tightly packed in and joined together by "tight junctions". When skin is damaged and inflamed the tight junctions become even tighter. No amount of forcing the skin to stretch will help if the inflammation is not reduced. In fact, stretching with inflammation present leads to tighter junctions and tighter foreskins.

 

When the skin cells are relaxed and there is no inflammation, then the skin cells can be stretched. This means that the skin cells can have a balloon inserted between the foreskin and the glans and the gentle pressure, spread across (distributed pressure) across the foreskin, trigger the tight junctions to loosen and the constant repetitive load on the wide area of foreskin leads to new skin cells growing in between the existing tight junctions. This leads to more skin cells and therefore a greater circumference (the length around the whole foreskin).

So, put simply - the reason you use a phimosis treatment cream is so that you can prepare the foreskin cells for stretching.
Of course - there is no point using such a cream if you do not have a reliable foreskin stretching device such as the NOVOGLAN Gentle Foreskin Stretcher. That is because, the cream does not stimulate the growth of new skin cells, it merely makes the skins cells more receptive to stretching.
