Professor Eric Chung, the Clinical Investigator, has confirmed that he will be recruiting men aged 18 years or older who suffer from phimosis (a tight foreskin) for an independent clinical trial of the Novoglan non-surgical foreskin tissue expander. Phimosis is a condition that may cause chronic and acute pain, discomfort, inflammation, stress, anxiety, and sexual dysfunction. The common treatment for persistent phimosis has been adult circumcision surgery, resulting in the removal of the foreskin. The foreskin plays an important role in protecting the glans and in sexual enjoyment.

The clinical trial seeks to confirm the clinical efficacy and safety data for Novoglan in the non surgical treatment of adult phimosis.

Who can participate?

If you are over 18 years of age and suffer from a tight foreskin, you may be eligible to participate.

All appointments are on site at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.
