How To Loosen Foreskin

How To Loosen Your Foreskin

So you have a tight foreskin. You are not alone. 1 in 20 intact men have a tight foreskin at some stage in their life.  Phimosis is caused by several factors but most commonly, uncomplicated phimosis, is due to underlying inflammation of skin cells.

The most cost effective, reliable, trusted and simple  technique to stretch a tight foreskin involves gentle, regular, even pressure across the whole foreskin. However, you must first reduce or eliminate as far as possible any inflammation. You do this by refraining from any sexual activity for a week and by not putting anything on your foreskin or glans other than either a foreskin stretching cream (specially formulated for that purpose) or a prescribed steroid.

Using either a prescribed steroid or a foreskin stretching cream - apply liberally or as directed by your doctor for a few days. After a few days you then need to use a stretching device that applies gentle, regular, even pressure across the whole foreskin between the glans and the inside of the foreskin. We recommend the NOVOGLAN Gentle Foreskin Stretching device because it has been designed specifically to loosen a tight foreskin.

Starting out for a few minutes a day and then building up for as long as feels comfortable, you can use the foreskin stretching tool for as long as possible ensuring that you trigger no pain. Pain is the enemy of stretching.  Most men will get full results in two weeks. Some men with a very tight foreskin or long standing inflammation will need a little longer to loosen a tight foreskin.

This technique works and works well. The key is to reduce the inflammation initially and then start out slowly and build up the stretch.
